Returns and Exchanges We hope you will be pleased with ever purchase you make with us. However, things happen and Asanka Sales will accept product returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of the date of purchase for regularly priced products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or close-out items unless there is a defect. The returned or exchanged product must be unused and returned in the original manufacturer packaging with the original product hang tags attached. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return/exchange package when sent to us or the manufacturer. Please contact us prior to returning your product. All product returned or exchanged will be inspected upon its arrival. Your original form of payment will be credited for the appropriate amount following a satisfactory inspection. Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Contact us by phone, email, or mail stating the items you wish returned or exchanged and why. Once we receive the merchandise, we will send out the new items, credit the original card you charged your order on, and/or partially credit/charge your original card, as applicable. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all exchanges. If you receive merchandise that is damaged during shipping, let us know immediately. If Asanka Sales makes an error in fulfilling your order, we will pay for the shipping to return that product and immediately ship the correct product to you. We strive to prevent errors such as this by checking, rechecking, and final checking orders to prevent mistakes.
